RED VELVET SHAKE

We have made this on more than one occasion - we really enjoyed it.  Very refreshing, but still feels like a guilty pleasure!

INGREDIENTS:
2 (1 oz) squares of white chocolate
2 Tbl maraschino cherry juice
1/4 C milk
8 maraschino cherries
1/2 C raspberry sherbet
4 to 8 drops red food coloring
Whipped topping
Semisweet chocolate curls

DIRECTIONS:
1. Microwave chocolate and 2 Tbl cherry juice in microwaveable bolw on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir. If necesary, microwave at 10 second intervals, stirring until squares are completely melted and mixture is smooth.
2. Place milk and cherries into blender and process until smooth. Add chocolate mixture and blend again until smooth. Add sherbet and food coloring; process until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls!
