This is such a yummy fruit salad! The sunflower seeds give it a great crunch!
INGREDIENTS:
2 C sliced strawberries
1 apple, diced
1 C green grapes, halved
1/2 C strawberry yogurt
1/4 C raisins or craisins
2 Tbl sunflower seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the sunflower seeds.
2. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
3. Add seeds and toss well right before serving.
