My sister uses a similar recipe for pork chops!
INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 bx cheeze-it crackers, crushed
1/2 stk butter, melted
12 oz sour cream
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2. Put melted butter in bottom of casarole pan.
3. Put chicken breasts on top of butter.
4. Cover tops of chicken breasts with sour cream.
5. Press crushed cheeze-its on top of sour cream.
6. Bake covered for 1 hour. The last 15 minutes bake uncovered.
