More of a "fall" recipe . . .
INGREDIENTS:
2 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly slice
2 bananas
1/4 C apple juice
1 container (6 oz) vanilla yogurt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 C cubed or crushed ice
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into four glasses. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and serve with a slice of apple!
