These sound light but tasty!
INGREDIENTS:
1 seedless cucumber
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 C sour cream
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
dill weed
1 pkg cocktail bread or any bread cut into small appetizer pieces.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix. Spread onto slices of bread. Sprinkle with dill weed and place one slice of cucumber on top. If making sandwiches, top with additional slice of bread.
*Note from Lori: I like to use cookie cutters to make the sandwiches match the "theme" or holiday!
