SPECIAL EGG SALAD

A little bit of a twist to your normal egg salad - this one includes cream cheese!!

INGREDIENTS:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 C mayonnaise
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
12 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
6 lettuce leaves

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the mayo, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Fold in the eggs.
2. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Serve on toast with lettuce
