INGREDIENTS:
4 baked chicken breasts
1 pkg steamfresh broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 pkg long grain and wild rice mix (cooked to package specs)
1 pkg Ritz crackers
1 Tbl poppy seeds
1 stick margarine
DIRECTIONS:
1. Bake chicken and chop into small cubes.
2. Cook rice according to package.
3. Mix chicken cubes, cooked rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, cheese, and sour cream, stirring until well combined.
4. Pour this mixture into greased casserole dish.
5. Melt stick of butter.
6. Crush Ritz crackers in ziplock bag.
7. Mix melted butter, crushed crackers, and poppy seeds together and sprinkle on top of prepared casserole.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
