BBQ SHREDDED CHICKEN

SHREDDED BBQ CHICKEN IN THE CROCKPOT!!! Yep! In the crockpot. I made this over the holiday weekend and it was a hit. It is E-A-S-Y, but sooooo yummy. And on days when the heat is unbearable and you still crave BBQ - this does the trick!

INGREDIENTS:
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 large bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
3 Tbl brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:
Throw it all in!!! Seriously! Put the chicken in the crockpot, add the BBQ sauce, the brown sugar, and the lemon juice. Put on the lid and cook for 6 hours (I stirred mine about 1/2 way through). Then shred the chicken with two forks - put the shredded meat back into the crockpot and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
