CHADD'S CORN CAKE (submitted by Chadd Moore)

I think he actually calls it spoon bread or corn pudding - something of that nature, but I just call it Chadd's Corn Cake!  It is one of my favorite side dishes!!!  It is SOOOO good!

Ingredients:
1 C whole kernel canned corn
1 C creamed corn
1 C sour cream
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin/Bread Mix
1 stick of butter/margarine
2 eggs
1 Tbs sugar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Blend all ingredients with a fork or spoon. Spread in greased 9 x 12 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

*And let me add - IF (and that's a BIG IF) you have any left over, it is really yummy heated up the next day, too!
