INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
1/4 C butter, cubed
1 Tbl dried parsley flakes
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 C salted whole cashews
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place the beans in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and return beans to the pan. Add the butter, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until heated through. Sprinkle with cashews.
