SIMPLE SEASONED SHRIMP

I just made this the other day for my daughter and she ate it up!  We love the shrimp we get at the local Hibachi restaurant, and I was trying to duplicate it at home . . . . it's pretty close.

INGREDIENTS:
Shrimp (deveined and tail removed) - we used frozen
EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Soy sauce (we use low sodium version)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Add 1 to 2 tsp of EVOO to your pan and allow it to heat up for a few minutes before adding the shrimp.
2. Add shrimp to the pan and cook (stirring frequently) for 3 to 7 minutes.
3. Sprinkle shrimp with soy sauce a few minutes before removing them from the pan so that the shrimp can absorp the flavor well.
4. Remove and serve over rice or lettuce/spinach.
