For the Nutella lovers out there (Janet - this means you) . . .
INGREDIENTS:
1 C nutella (divided)
1 large egg
5 Tbl flour
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9 to 10 cups of a mini muffin pan with foil liners (or about 5 regular size).
2. Mix together 1/2 C of Nutella and egg. Whisk until smooth. Add flour and whisk until well blended. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups and bake until toothpick comes out with wet, gooey crumbs. (about 11 minutes) DO NOT OVERBAKE.
3. Set out on a rack and cool completely.
4. Warm remaining Nutella 15 to 20 seconds in microwave until warm and fluid. Dip tops of cupcakes into melted Nutella.
