CRUNCHY GARLIC CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS:
6 chicken breasts
3 Tbl margarine, melted
1 Tbl milk
1 Tbl parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 C crushed cornflakes
3 Tbl fresh parsley
1/2 tsp paprika

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Spray rectangular pan with cooking spray.
3. Mix margarine, milk, salt, and garlic.
4. Mix cornflakes, parsley, and paprika.
5. Dip chicken in batter mixture then coat lightly and evenly with cornflake mixture. Place in pan. Spray chicken with additional cooking spray. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink when cut.
